For years, time trial bikes have been designed in pretty much the same way – flat and aerodynamic tubing, heavy frames and difficult to handle, often approximate braking. For flat and fast courses, the way they used to be, these characteristics might have worked fine. With today's technically demanding courses instead, time trial bikes need to be different. We've pushed the limits of UCI regulations by adding disc brakes, trimming weight and refining the riding position.
