Returns and refunds

How it works

You have 14 giorni from delivery to change your mind, as provided by the right of withdrawal. The product must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.

• Write to us at info@milkywayshop.it stating your order number
• We’ll send you the return instructions
• Refund within 14 days of the goods being returned

Exceptions

Customised products and gift cards are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense except for a faulty product or a mistake on our part.

The return address and form will be provided in the instructions we send you.
