Returns and refunds

We accept returns of purchased items according to the procedures described below. Products to be returned must be shipped to: Nuova Corti Shop S.r.l. — Via Palestro 19, 41049 Sassuolo (MO).

Introduction

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to orders placed and received through the online portal. Customers who purchase at our physical store at Via Palestro 19 in Sassuolo (MO), or who use the "pay in store" method, do not enjoy the same rights (except for orders paid in advance). Return for damage or incorrect item

If, upon inspection, the customer finds manufacturing defects, damage, or an error in the shipment compared to what was ordered, they may request the return of the non-compliant goods within 14 days by writing to info@milkywayshop.it, providing the order number, item code and description, and a detailed reason. In case of damage or defect, photographic documentation is required. You will then receive a communication with the Return Authorization Number and the waybill for the collection of the goods from the customer's address.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the item, by returning the product and obtaining a refund of the price paid, without having to specify a reason. It is sufficient to communicate your intention to withdraw by email to info@milkywayshop.it.

Withdrawal procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the stated deadline, send an email to info@milkywayshop.it containing the details needed to identify the order and the buyer, the products concerned, and a copy of the sales document. Goods must be returned in their intact original packaging, undamaged and not used as the only packaging for shipping. For clothing, it is essential that items have not been worn, washed, or show signs of use, and that they are complete with original labels and accessories. Failure to follow these instructions will result in the return being rejected.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for: goods made to measure or customized at the customer's request; sealed products opened by the consumer; goods that by their nature cannot be returned due to the risk of deterioration or rapid spoilage. Gift vouchers are also excluded.

Acceptance of the return

Once the return is accepted, the customer may choose to: receive the product conforming to the order (in case of damage, defect, or incorrect item); benefit from a discount equal to the value of the returned goods; or request a refund of the order. In case of a replacement product or return, shipping costs for delivering the replacement are borne by the customer.

Discount for returned goods

The discount value equals the value of the returned goods, usable only once within 180 days of issue, not cumulative with other discounts, and to be used on a single order of an amount equal to or greater than the discount value.

Refund

• The refund is issued within a few working days from the return and inspection of the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• For refunds by bank transfer, the customer will provide their bank details.
• Any delays caused by the customer's banking system are beyond our control.
• Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount, except in cases of defective product or error on our part.
