In Italy, GLS shipping is free over €149 across Italy, islands included. Below the threshold:

  • €9.90 for helmets, nutrition and small accessories
  • €11.90 for shoes and bulky items (€19.90 on the islands)
  • €24.90 for wheels and trainers (€34.90 on the islands), free over €299

Delivery in 4/5 working days, indicative.

Bikes and frames

Complete bikes and frames travel in dedicated packaging, insured for the declared value, delivered at street level after a call from the courier. In Italy you choose at checkout:

  • GLS: €59 + 1.5% of the order value (€74 + 1.5% on the islands), 4/5 working days
  • DHL Express: €89 + 1.5% of the order value, priority delivery in 1/2 working days

Example: a €2,000 bike costs €89 with GLS and €119 with DHL Express. For tubeless bikes the sealant is not put in the wheel, to avoid leaks during transport.

Shipping abroad

Accessories travel with GLS across most of Europe, in 3/6 working days. The price depends on the country and is shown at checkout:

  • Germany, Austria: from €15.90
  • France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic: from €18.90
  • Portugal, Denmark, Hungary, Slovakia: from €22.90
  • Sweden, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: from €31.90
  • Ireland, Finland, Norway, Greece, Malta: from €47.90

Bikes and frames ship abroad by quote only: message us on WhatsApp with the model and address and we reply the same day. We do not ship outside Europe, to Switzerland, the UK, the Canary Islands, Corsica, the Azores or Madeira.

In-store pickup — Sassuolo

Order online and pick up for free at our store in Via Palestro 19, Sassuolo (MO): your bike is waiting for you assembled, tuned and ready to ride. We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.

On delivery

Check the packaging before signing: if it is damaged or open, sign with reservation (also on the courier’s handheld) and contact us right away. Hidden damage must be reported in writing within 8 days of delivery: without a reservation the insurance cannot step in.
