Shipping and Delivery
Is shipping free?
Yes: shipping is free for all orders over €99 in Italy. Below this threshold there's a €6 contribution with express courier.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 24/48 working hours in Italy and 3–5 working days in the rest of Europe. Times for islands and holiday periods may vary: contact us for precise information.
Do you ship abroad?
We ship throughout Europe. At the moment we don't ship outside the European Union.
How are complete bikes shipped?
Complete bikes travel in dedicated packaging with insurance included and are delivered at street level. For tubeless bikes, the sealant is not inserted in the wheel to prevent it from leaking during transport.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card (via Stripe), PayPal, cash on delivery (Italy only), bank transfer in advance and, on selected products, HeyLight installment payments.
Is there a limit for cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available only in Italy up to a maximum of €500, with a small additional handling fee. Free shipping doesn't apply to cash on delivery orders.
Can you pay in installments?
On selected products you can request HeyLight financing directly online. With PayPal, where available, you can use "Pay in 3". Find the details on the Financing page.
Are your payment details safe?
Yes. Card payments happen on an encrypted connection managed by the providers (Stripe, PayPal): the shop never sees or stores card numbers in any way.
Orders, Returns and Warranty
Can you return a product?
Yes. For online orders you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging. You'll find the complete procedure on the Returns and Refunds page.
How does the refund work?
The refund is processed within a few working days from the return and verification of the goods, using the same payment method as your purchase. Shipping costs may be deducted from the amount, except in case of a defective product or our error.
Are your products covered by warranty?
All products come with a 24-month legal warranty. Some manufacturers offer additional conventional warranties.
Will you get the invoice?
Yeah, we issue invoices on request: just add your billing details when you place your order or write to us after you've bought.

Will this product be back in stock?
The catalog is updated in real time. Some variants (by size and color) show seasonal availability, for example "Available from Summer 2026": you can still write to us on WhatsApp to book or find out exact timeframes.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices on the website are expressed in euros and include VAT and any other taxes.
Do the bikes arrive assembled?
If you pick up in store, the bike is waiting for you fully assembled, tuned and ready to ride. For shipments the bike travels in dedicated packaging and requires only simple final steps (wheel, handlebar, pedals).

Can you pick up your order in store?
Sure: choose free pickup at our Sassuolo (MO) shop, Via Palestro 19. We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.
