Soloist. It's a name that comes from deep within our history, but it's immediately familiar to anyone with memories of bike racing that go back to the early 2000s. It was the first choice for World Tour riders who raced for the CSC team and the Cervélo Test Team back then. Now it's time to introduce it to a new generation. No longer a product for professionals only, the new Soloist has been designed for riders who train every week. It balances weight and aerodynamic performance to deliver a bike that's "perfectly balanced." The Soloist is a bit lighter than the S5, but far more aerodynamic than the R5, and it takes the threaded bottom bracket standard found on the R5-CX. It's a road bike that can handle both mechanical and electronic shifting, that eats up kilometers during training in any weather condition, and that has what it takes to jump to the front of the group when it counts. This is the Soloist.
