Soloist. It's a name that comes from deep within our history, but it's immediately familiar to anyone with memories of bike racing going back to the early 2000s. It was the first choice for World Tour riders who were racing for CSC and Cervélo Test Team back then. Now it's time to introduce it to a new generation. No longer a product for pros only, the new Soloist has been designed for riders who train hard every week. It balances weight and aerodynamic performance to deliver a bike that's "perfectly balanced". The Soloist is a bit lighter than the S5, but far more aerodynamic than the R5, and it brings back the threaded bottom bracket standard found on the R5-CX. It's a road bike that can take both mechanical and electronic drivetrains, grind out kilometers in training whatever the weather, and has what it takes to jump to the front of the group when it counts. This is the Soloist.
