Soloist. It's a name that comes from the depths of our history, but it's immediately familiar to anyone with memories of bike racing going back to the early 2000s. It was the first choice for World Tour riders who were racing for the CSC team and Cervélo Test Team back then. Now it's time to introduce it to a new generation. No longer a product for pros only, the new Soloist has been designed for riders who train every week. It balances weight and aerodynamic performance to deliver a bike that's "perfectly balanced". The Soloist is a bit lighter than the S5, but much more aerodynamic than the R5 and brings back the threaded bottom bracket standard found on the R5-CX. It's a road bike that can handle both mechanical and electronic shifting, grind out kilometers in training in any weather condition, and has what it takes to jump to the front of the pack when it matters. This is the Soloist.
