Soloist. It's a name that comes from deep within our history, but it's immediately familiar to anyone with memories of bike racing going back to the early 2000s. It was the first choice for World Tour riders who were racing for the CSC team and Cervélo Test Team back then. Now it's time to introduce it to a new generation. No longer a product for pros only, the new Soloist has been designed for riders who train every week. It balances weight and aerodynamic performance to deliver a bike that's "perfectly balanced". The Soloist is a bit lighter than the S5, but much more aerodynamic than the R5, and it brings back the threaded bottom bracket standard found on the R5-CX. It's a road bike that can accommodate both mechanical and electronic shifting, grind out kilometers in training whatever the weather, and has what it takes to move to the front of the group when it matters most. This is the Soloist.
