For the new Caledonia-5 we focused on significant improvements designed for the people who regularly push the Caledonia to its limits. The integrated in-frame storage — introduced for the first time on the P-Series — is hard to miss. There's enough room for a small multi-tool, a tube and a CO2 cartridge. Out of sight, out of mind, until your tyre lets you down. Then we thought about comfort: the seatstays are lowered, very similar to those on the Áspero, which makes the rear triangle more acute and therefore more vertically compliant. At the same time, there's a bit more down tube stiffness to maintain that special responsiveness the Caledonia is known for. You can still run large tyres (up to 36 mm) and it comes standard with mudguard mounts. Like all Cervélo bikes, the Caledonia-5 is UCI-approved and comes with a lifetime warranty. We make road bikes and we do everything we can to make them last. IN-FRAME STORAGE New this year on the Caledonia-5, the integrated storage is designed for a tube, a small multi-tool and a CO2 cartridge. The door is easily removable even with gloves on: just turn the lock and pull. AERODYNAMICS All Cervélo bikes are aerodynamic bikes. And when you're on day three of sandwiches and sweets, running on empty towards the first checkpoint, you'll appreciate the free speed. Fully internal cable routing and aerodynamic tube shapes work together to help you fight the wind. We kept all the good stuff and improved the small details — like the headset cap, which has been redesigned to allow quick position changes and component swaps without having to touch the cables.
