As part of our exclusive partnership with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we shared the CAD designs of our helmets and studied the still-soft skulls of young children through finite element analysis (FEA). Since children's heads are softer and still growing, this collaboration showed us the need for low-density foam, and in greater quantity. DATA-DRIVEN INNOVATION: As a result of our collaboration with KTH and Mips, for the Shuffle 2 LED helmet, adding 18% more low-density foam increased the helmet's overall size by just 5%. COMFORT: The Shuffle 2 LED helmet has many technological features, but they only work if it is worn correctly. That's why the sizing is specific to children and why we use the SX fit system, which helps achieve the right, comfortable fit. The Tri-Fix device makes the straps easy to adjust. LED LIGHT: On the back of this Shuffle 2 helmet is an LED light for greater visibility to drivers. The light integrates seamlessly into the design, so kids love wearing it, and parents can rest easy knowing their son or daughter is always well seen. UNLEASH THEIR IMAGINATION: The Shuffle 2 LED comes in cheerful colours that inspire the fun and creativity of kids who are "hungry" for adventure. The sticker kit gives it a retro vibe with a modern twist, featuring colourful graphics for personalisation. Getting children to wear their helmet is an important goal.
