Through our exclusive partnership with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we've shared our helmet CAD designs and studied the still-soft skulls of young children using finite element analysis (FEA). Since kids' heads are softer and still growing, this collaboration made us realize the need for low-density foam, and more of it. DATA-DRIVEN INNOVATION: As a result of our partnership with KTH and Mips, for the Shuffle 2 LED helmet, adding 18% more low-density foam increased the helmet by only 5% in overall size. COMFORT: The Shuffle 2 LED helmet has plenty of technical features, but they only work if you wear it the right way. That's why the sizes are kid-specific and why we've adopted the SX retention system that helps you get the perfect, comfortable fit. The Tri-Fix device makes adjusting the straps easy. LED LIGHT: On the back of this Shuffle 2 helmet there's an LED light for better visibility to drivers. The light integrates perfectly into the design, so kids are happy to wear it, and parents can rest easy knowing their son or daughter is always clearly visible.
