The Recon 3.0 shoes give you power transfer, lightweight performance and style, whether you're hammering cross country or exploring gravel. They're efficient and comfortable too, thanks to Body Geometry construction. Speed on the pedals matters, but you don't sacrifice performance when you get off the bike. The Recon 3.0's carbon fiber sole with a 10.0 stiffness index features a fiberglass toe for a certain amount of flex we call STRIDE toe-flex—for natural walking motion while keeping exceptional power transfer. When you have to dab on a brutal XC climb or you're heading to grab a beer after a solid ride, the STRIDE toe-flex flexibility is unbeatable. You know that going off-road sometimes means venturing into unknown terrain. The Recon 3.0 upper is made from XPEL Mesh that's comfortable, water-repellent, lightweight and dries fast. SlipNot rubber on the sole gives you traction on any terrain and features a self-cleaning design. Two Boa L6 dials and one Velcro strap on the forefoot lock you in perfectly: a design built for comfort and performance on technical singletrack and gravel routes alike.
