Even if winning an XC World Cup race isn't part of your daily routine, that doesn't mean you don't appreciate comfort and performance. The Recon 2.0 shoes are efficient and comfortable thanks to their Body Geometry construction. The Recon 2.0's nylon outsole features a TPU (injection-moulded thermoplastic polyurethane) toe cap for a degree of flex we call STRIDE toe-flex for a natural walking feel, while still maintaining a stiffness index of 6.0. We've also raised the heel slightly for an even more natural walking motion. The Recon 2.0's upper is made from XPEL Mesh, which is comfortable, water-repellent, lightweight and quick-drying. SlipNot rubber on the outsole delivers traction on any terrain. A Boa L6 dial and a Velcro strap on the forefoot ensure a great fit: a design built for comfort and performance on twisty singletrack, as well as gravel routes.
