A product born from a collaboration with the KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, with whom we shared our CAD models and carried out a finite element analysis (FEA) to study the malleability of the skull in early childhood. This led us to use more low-density foam, to better protect the head of young children, which is more fragile and still growing. DATA-DRIVEN INNOVATION. Thanks to our collaboration with KTH and Mips, with the Mio 2 we were able to increase the amount of low-density foam by 16.5%, with an increase in helmet size of just 2.5%. COMFORT. The Mio 2 can be equipped with the most innovative technology, but it's useless if the helmet isn't worn correctly. That's why the Mio 2 is available in sizes specifically designed for children and features our SX adjustment system, so it adapts to head size and always ensures maximum comfort. With the Tri-Fix strap spacer, adjusting the fit of the helmet is really child's play. SPARK THEIR IMAGINATION. The Mio 2 comes in vibrant, fun colors to fuel the enthusiasm and creativity of little adventurers. The stickers included with the helmet offer even more customization options, blending retro style with futuristic graphics and lettering.
