The new Loma helmet, designed for riders who move from gravel to extreme climbing efforts on the road. The Loma inherits the innovative features and performance of our S-Works helmets, and combines them with an elegant look that is truly an all-road helmet. Like our S-Works models, the Loma is comfortable and well ventilated, and it features the MIPS Essential Core system. The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University has awarded this helmet a 5-star rating on the Virginia Tech® Helmet Rating scale. The Loma is the perfect helmet for road and gravel riders who want high performance combined with comfort and functionality. Eyewear storage: The helmet design ensures excellent hold when you tuck your glasses into the helmet during a long climb. Ventilation: Everything we've learned developing our S-Works helmets is also built into the Loma, such as 4D Brow Cooling and internal channels to keep your head cool when temperatures rise. MIPS: The Mips Essential Core system is a low-friction layer that allows 10-15mm of movement in all directions. Scientific studies indicate that this movement helps reduce the rotational forces transmitted to the brain in the event of an impact.
