Foot-Out, Flat-Out, that's 2FO. The new 2FO Flat 2.0 is designed to get you to the finish line in total safety. 2FO uses our SlipNot™ 2.0 rubber to boost grip on your pedals – the hardness and grip factor of the rubber, plus the thickness and density of the midsole, all play a role here. A pressure mapping study told us to go with softer expanded foam for the forefoot and firmer support in the heel for solid pedal hold and to ditch that marshmallow feel that can leave you cramping on long descents. Along with the new sole, we've thrown in fresh forefoot protection too.
