The S-Works EXOS, weighing just 150 grams, is the lightest Boa system shoe in the world. At the same time, it features all the technological characteristics of the S-Works range required by professional riders on the World Tour circuit. To reduce the weight down to 150 grams without compromising power transfer to the pedals, every imaginable engineering trick was employed. The carbon fiber outsole was designed with the help of Finite Element Analysis and pressure mapping to identify areas where weight could be trimmed. This also allowed us to achieve unmatched stiffness. The upper and heel cup are completely new. The aerospace-grade Dyneema™ mesh material features Cubic Tech reinforcements, while the heel cup molds to the back of the foot so as not to waste a single watt. The Warp Sleeve design allowed us to do away with the toe box, further reducing weight and increasing comfort. For comfort, we retained all the well-known and appreciated Body Geometry features — the longitudinal arch, the Varus Wedge, and metatarsal support — designed on the basis of scientific data, proven to optimize power, increase efficiency, and reduce the risk of sports injuries. The S-Works EXOS features the lightest Boa dial. You will experience the ultimate feeling of lightness!
