Description
The Alpinist CL II mount the same rim as the Alpinist CLX II. A slight increase in power through the pedals results in immediate acceleration, you'll be able to carve a perfect line through the corners, and at the same time they exceed by almost double the resistance standards of any certification institute. A pair of tubeless wheels weighing 1375 grams with quality built for pressures suitable for racing of all types. The components on the Alpinist CL II were chosen for reliability and availability, and feature DT Swiss 350 hubs with Star Ratchet system, easy to maintain, 24 straight DT Swiss CompRace spokes, Pro Lock alloy nipples. The reduced rolling resistance of the tubeless system is undeniable, as are the benefits in terms of handling and better protection against punctures. For development we undertook an intensive engineering and testing program. The result is a hooked rim that allows pressures up to 110psi and simple tire installation.
