Specialized Diverge Expert STR 2023 The Specialized Diverge Expert STR 2023 with Future Shock suspension is a comfortable bike that delivers high performance at the same time. The suspension system improves control and efficiency, reducing rider fatigue so you can pedal longer and faster. The Expert model features a carbon fiber frame, SRAM Rival eTap AXS drivetrain, Roval Terra C wheels, Tracer Pro tires, Adventure handlebar, S-Works carbon seatpost and Power Expert saddle. The 20mm travel on the front wheel and 30mm on the rear absorb impacts and improve control, efficiency and responsiveness. In terms of power transfer, it's completely like a rigid bike. The hydraulic damping of the new Diverge STR prevents bobbing under effort. You won't get bucked out of the saddle when you hit an obstacle on the trail, and pedaling efficiency stays intact. Future Shock is our latest development in the 'Smoother is Faster' philosophy—Comfort and Performance. It's built to tackle pavé and finds its perfect home on gravel. The 20mm of front travel spares your hands, arms and shoulders, letting you pedal with more comfort. Greater capacity means you pedal with more confidence and control. With the wide contact patch of 47c tires on the 700 wheel or 2.1″ on the 27.5 wheel, the Diverge STR is the most capable gravel bike we've ever made.
