The fastest, most capable and fun gravel bike we've ever made. It's snappy and agile under load, stable and secure when the terrain gets demanding. It features the Future Shock 1.5 suspension, gravel geometry, and plenty of tire clearance. Everything we've learned about road and off-road has been poured into the Diverge, designed to write a new chapter in the gravel category. The Diverge Comp features a lightweight E5 Premium alloy frame, a fully carbon FACT fork and the Future Shock 1.5 suspension. Everything you need to pedal fast, with confidence and comfort on road, gravel and off-road. With the SRAM Apex 1 gravel drivetrain, Axis Elite alloy wheels and Specialized Pathfinder Sport 38mm tires, the Diverge E5 Comp is extremely capable and versatile. The E5 Premium alloy frame of the Diverge Comp is light, stiff and robust. Thanks to the fully carbon FACT fork, this Diverge is light, lively and versatile. Speed, control and confidence – the Future Shock 1.5 suspension is perfect for the gravel rider. With 20 mm of travel and progressive tuning you'll be able to maintain perfect control and avoid having to brake on rough trails or uncompacted gravel. At the same time, your hands, arms and neck won't get fatigued. We decided to break away from classic gravel geometry. The new Diverge features the most progressive geometry ever created for a drop-bar bike, creating a machine that's capable and stable off-road, yet snappy and agile on pavement. We've increased the reach, introduced a more relaxed head tube angle and adopted a fork with greater offset. A shorter stem keeps the front end short for lively handling. We've incorporated a low bottom bracket for increased stability while maintaining the ability to fit 650b tires if you prefer them. The frame is equipped with rack mounts, including eyelets on the fork and seat tube, to make it easy to carry gear for any long-distance adventure. Nothing makes a bike more versatile than tire clearance for wide tires. The new Diverge accommodates 47mm of space with a 700c wheel and 2.1″ with a 650b wheel. Thanks to a solid carbon insert behind the gears on the horizontal seat tube on the drive side, we managed to create more space without increasing length or using a fragile, lowered chainstay.
