Thanks to the FACT 9r carbon frame, the Diverge Comp Carbon is a lightweight and capable bike, ready to help you improve your KOMs, grinding towards the summit on the climbing trails in your region. Speed, control and confidence – the Future Shock 1.5 device represents the best technology available to the gravel rider. With 20 mm of travel you'll be able to maintain perfect control and avoid having to touch the brakes on rough trails or uncompacted gravel. At the same time your hands, arms and neck won't get fatigued. We decided to break away from classic gravel geometry. The new Diverge has the most progressive geometry ever created for a bike with a road curve, so as to create a capable and stable bike off-road, but snappy and agile on pavement. We increased the reach, introduced a more relaxed head tube and adopted a fork with greater offset. A shorter stem keeps the front-end wheelbase in check for lively handling. We planned a low bottom bracket to get greater stability, while maintaining the possibility of mounting 650b tires if you prefer them. The frame is equipped with rack mounts, including attachments on the fork and seat tube, to make it easier to carry gear on any long-distance journey. Greater capacity means pedaling with more security and confidence. With the wide contact patch of the 47c tires on the 700 wheel or 2.1″ on the 27.5 wheel the Diverge is the most capable gravel bike we've ever made. To complete the picture, we've 'borrowed' the SWAT technology from the legendary Stumpjumper. Inside the seat tube the SWAT Door lets you use this space to store tools, puncture kit or even a lightweight rain jacket. By carrying these weights, however small, not on your body but in the lower part of the bike, you improve handling, plus you make sure you always have what you need within reach.
