Roval Rapide CLX II Wheels Since 2020, Roval Rapide CLX wheels have been winning countless World Tour races, and now we've made them even faster. The new Rapide CLX II combine the aerodynamics of TT wheels with the lightweight character of shallower road climbing rims. Add the efficiency and handling of tubeless technology and you get maximum speed for races of every kind. We developed separate profiles for the Rapide CLX II front and rear. This means air resistance is lower than most 65mm wheel sets and in very windy conditions, stability increases by as much as 25% compared to 50mm rims. The tooth design of the Rapide CLX II (which lets you reach 110 psi if that's what you want) ensures perfect tire grip and simple installation. All this in a lightweight wheel set that exceeds current durability standards by almost double. The AeroFlange hubs are optimized aerodynamically. The bearings are DT Swiss SINC Ceramic, the internals DT Swiss EXP.
