Foot-Out, Flat-Out, that's 2FO. The new 2FO Flat 2.0 was designed to get you to the finish line in total safety. 2FO uses our SlipNot™ 2.0 rubber to boost grip on the pedals – the hardness and grip factor of the rubber, plus the thickness and density of the midsole all play a role in this. A pressure mapping study showed us we needed softer expanded foam on the forefoot and firmer support on the heel for solid pedal contact and to avoid that marshmallow feeling that can lead to cramping on long descents. Along with the new sole, we've added fresh protection on the toebox.
